10-inch fully-articulated Periwinkle has blue eyes and a dazzling hairdo of icy white spikes and bangs.

Her icy blue ensemble pairs a felt bodice, topstitched with white thread, with matching, slim pants that are also topstitched, on the sides. White feathers cascade down the back of the bodice where the back lacing and wings meet.

Those wings of white shimmer organza and swirls of silver glitter add an ice-citing accent to Periwinkle’s appeal.

Icy blue slippers with light blue pom poms are the final touch for this icy blue fairy.
