At 9″ tall, Patrache is made with hand distressed mohair and glass eyes. He is filled with excelsior, mineral granulate and steel shot.

He is wearing an ivory ribbon with a large antique bell around his neck.

Patrache is fully jointed using cotter-pin joints.

About the Artist:
Nadia Jacobs lives in the small village of Berendrecht near Antwerp, Belgium. In 1995, she began creating bears as a way to pass the time while she was ill. Now, Nadja Bears are show favorites. Nadia’s signature vintage warm looks are created using a variety of techniques and materials. When Nadia is at a trade show she encourages collectors to pick up her bears and give them a hug, even if they don’t buy them. After all, that’s what the bears like most!
