12 3/4″ tall, Oldie is a hand colored mohair bear with shoe button eyes. He is fully jointed using 5 metal joints.

He is stuffed with cotton, wool and plastic pellets.

A small patchwork is embroidered on his belly and paw.

About the Artist:
Hannelore Daab has always been creating things with her hands. Her family even jokes that she was born with a needle and thread. She has been designing and creating teddy bears that are inspired by an old teddy bear from her childhood. After winning the Golden George Award in 2000 with her bear “darling”, Hannelore has been even more fascinated with the possibilities in working with fur.
