At 17″ tall, Maple is a golden yellow dense mohair bear with black glass eyes and finely sculpted limbs. He has a black ultra suede nose and ivory felt claws.

About the Artist:
Okiyasu Sugi prefers the traditional style antique teddy bears from the past. But for his own designs he like to use many Japanese characteristics. His unique expressions have been making people smile ever since his friend gave him a teddy bear making kit many years ago. When Okiyasu is not busy with his bear orders, he enjoys traveling and making picture books.
