About the Artist:
In the town of Vlaardingen in the Netherlands, Tineke Oostveen has been designing and producing teddy bears for many years. Tineke’s company, Bear in Mind, has given her the opportunity to travel all over the world and meet many new friends. Winning her first “TOBY” Award was certainly one of the brightest moments in her teddy bear career. In Tineke’s spare time she enjoys visiting the zoo or nature parks.
