About the Artist:
Italian teddy bear artist, Lisa Pianigiani was fascinated with teddy bears after studying in England in 1998. Attending her first international teddy bear show, Hugglets, in November 2001, she was the only representative from Italy. The best moments for Lisa when creating her bears is once teddy’s face is finished “you see this little fellow looking at you with soulful eyes and you are proud of what came off from what was just a pencil drawing on a piece of paper.”
