Stars & Stripes by Madame Alexander is dressed in red, white and blue. Her navy blue bodice has white sequin trim, and blue sequin trim on the lower bodice. She has a row of rhinestones on her sleeves. Her over-skirt is red and white stripe and is pulled to the side with a red and blue sequin flower. Her underskirt is white with gold stars sprinkled on the front.

She has blonde hair upswept in curls, blue eyes, rhinestone earrings and necklace, and a rhinestone tiara.
