The Azure Fairy

The Azure Fairy stands 24” tall and is carved from solid maple. She is fully articulated with seven moveable joints (ball and spring) in the shoulders, elbows, wrists and neck for an amazing range of posing. Her animated face is beautifully hand painted. Her flowing costume is comprised of pale blue silk chiffon, georgette, dupioni silk and silk tulle. Her stylized hand painted shoes are studded with crystals and her hair is mohair dyed in shades of pale blue and white. Her delicate wings are made from wired silk organza trimmed with silver threads.
