REGINA comes to us from the country of LATVIA on the Baltic Sea. As you can see, she is dressed for the cold in a warm faux-suede jacket, hat and boots. The tiny fox-tails that dance along the edges of her jacket and hat are a symbol of her wealth. She is on her way to the Latvian Song Festival in Riga. It is held only once every four years! Her jacket features a zipper closure flanked by traditional and scalloped inserts edged with tiny embroidered flowers. Tiny faux fur tails finish the edges of its hem and sleeves. Triangular patches form the crown of Regina's faux fur lined hat with ear huggers.
