Bayarmaa is a child from Mongolia. Her name means 'joyful mother'. Her long, gold silk-like robe is decorated with embroidery at the hem and cuffs. A long, lavender embroidered vest is held shut with three beautiful beaded silken frogs that cover her gold robe. The unusual headdress is encircled with a band of sparkling faceted green faux-gems and rows of bright red beads. Lavender beads are inter-woven to form a delicate, lattice-like brim along her forehead. More tiny beads are fashioned into circles that hang over her ears.
